APPLICATIONS STEPS

ATTENTION
- Avoid eating the compound and contact with eyes. Keep the workplace ventilated and away from fireworks.
- Wear gloves when using. Check the package for integrity. Use only if the compounds are liquid and uncontaminated; don’t use if there are crystals or mixed parts.
- Pour the curing agent (B material) into the resin (A material) and mix for at least 2 minutes (about 3 minutes if below 10℃) to ensure full mixing.
- Slowly pour the mixed liquid into the mould. Prevent leaks at the cable entry; seal with tape if they occur.
- Wait at least an hour after sealing before powering the cable.
- Sealing epoxy needs over 24 hours to cure.
- Protect the cable and junction box during backfilling.
- If the resin compound touches the skin or eyes, rinse with lots of water. Skin may discolor if it remains. Calling doctors immediately if you still feel any further uncomfortable.
